The Wheel Of Life
How to use the wheel of life.
Each segment of the wheel represents an area of your life. On a spectrum of 0 – 10 ('0' being totally dissatisfied and '10' being completely happy) where would you put yourself in relation to each segment?
Start anywhere on the wheel. Click on each and every red dot and move it to where you perceive you are at present.
As you click the last dot, your current life balance will be revealed.
This is a completely subjective exercise and there are no rights or wrongs. It is a useful visual exercise to help identify where your life might be out of balance and where you may want to make changes.
